• Inspection- Our technician inspects each guitar ( new or used) prior to shipping to ensure the guitar arrives in great shape. We have a multi step checklist (working on this) we meticulously follow to ensure each item shows up ready to play out of the box. You can rest assures that we have looked at every aspect of the instrument, from the input jack to the headstock, the same way you would in person.  We do our best to make sure we address any issues prior to its arrival so you can enjoy your instrument right away.
• Shipping- After passing inspection each instrument is carefully boxed up with bubble wrap and other packing materials to ensure it arrives safely once it is taken by the carrier. Your tracking number will be emailed and the item will be on its way. We insure almost every package we ship out so although we do not anticipate an issue we can certainly address that if needed.
• Payment options- Adirondack Guitar knows musicians are always on a budget and we offer a wide range of payment options to help you get the gear you need such as, Klarna financing, Paypal, Apple pay, Amazon Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex, Shop pay, and more as well as our in house layaway option (20% down to start- full payment in 4 months) and we are always looking for other ways to help musicians finance awesome gear they need.
