How to Order 



We accept major credit cards and Paypal. We are a rare store who also accepts layaway plans along with may other less standard forms of payments including personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders, Bank Wire Transfers. Shoot us a note if you're interested in learning more.



We aim to get your new guitar, bass or other gear in your hands as soon as possible.  Orders for in-stock products are shipped Monday through Saturday excluding holidays within 48 hours of purchase date - often sooner.  During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to select carrier along with certain shipping speeds.

Custom orders or pre-sale items will be shipped based upon availability.  We highly recommend calling us at (518)746-9500 or through our contact us page to gain additional details on shipping times.

Free domestic shipping is available on most items over $500 excluding certain items such as amplifiers.  Final shipping will be calculated during the checkout process.


Return Policy 

After receiving the instrument, you have 3 days in which to decide if you would like to keep it or not. If you wish to return your order, please let us know by phone or email. We must receive the merchandise in the same condition as you received it, whereupon we will give you a refund or exchange, as applicable.

A restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price is levied on any returns that are not received by us in the condition originally shipped, or on any specialty and custom orders. Shipping costs on any returned items are not refundable unless the item was damaged when received by you.

Unfortunately damage in shipping does rarely occur.  If you receive a damaged item, please contact us and we will work with you to find the best solution for you whether that is a refund or replacement.
