The left handed EC-1000T is ESP/LTD’s take on the classic single cutaway style guitar with premium appointments an impressive build quality. With a chambered body for weight relief and neck-thru-body construction, the LTD EC-1000T combines classic styling with state of the art appointments to deliver a classic single cut style guitar with astounding sonic versatility.
The body material is a sturdy but light-weight Mahogany in a striking Honey Burst Satin finish with a gorgeous antique white binding that really makes the finish pop. The ultra thin 3-piece Mahogany neck has an ultra thin-U contour and sports a 24-fret Macassar Ebony fretboard with a white binding, embossed with decorative inlays. With a 13.73“ fretboard radius, and a soft, satin finish, this neck is designed for incredible comfort and ease.
The key to the EC-1000T‘s sonic versatility is its Fishman Fluence pickups. The EC-1000T is the first ESP/LTD production guitar to offer a set of new Fishman Fluence® Open Core Classic Humbucker pickups. Each Fishman Fluence Open Core humbuckers offers three distinct voicings. On the neck pickup, Voice 1 offers the legendary vintage P.A.F. humbucker tone, Voice 2 is an airy chimey tone, and Voice 3 is a vintage single-coil tone. For the bridge pickup, Voice 1 is the P.A.F. humbucker tone, Voice 2 is the classic hot-rodded humbucker, and Voice 3 is an overwound single coil. The resulting is a single-cut guitar with astounding sonic versatility!
The hardware components only add to the classic styling and premium feel of this classic single-cut and includes a Tonepros Locking TOM bridge and tailpiece, a molded nut, and LTD locking tuners to keep intonation and tuning both rock solid and stable.
